FAQ
Who do you work with?
I specialize in supporting children (ages 8–11), teens (ages 12–18), and college-aged young adults.
What issues do you specialize in?
I focus on helping clients navigate anxiety and overthinking, emotional regulation, identity development and self-worth, friendship and social struggles, loss, and life transitions such as school moves or family changes.
Do you offer support for neurodivergent individuals?
Yes. I provide neurodiversity-affirming care that is strengths-based, identity-respecting, and practical. I have extensive experience supporting autistic and neurodivergent teens with social communication, sensory needs, and executive functioning in a way that respects their unique wiring rather than trying to “fix” behaviors.
What is your approach to therapy?
My work is strengths-based, goal-focused, and practical. I don’t just talk with clients—I teach them evidence-based tools (such as CBT and mindfulness) they can use long after therapy ends. My approach is holistic, considering factors like sleep, physical health, and screen habits, and I use engaging, developmentally responsive activities to make growth approachable and relatable.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, I am currently in-network with many major insurance providers. Please call to inquire about specific plans.
Are your sessions in-person or virtual?
I offer both options.
